This system consists of computer (including control system software) and laser marking machine composed of two parts, connected through an interface circuit board between the two, the overall structure is shown below. Laser marking machine is mainly driven by the circuit, the laser head laser generator and drag a stepping motor and other components. A port interface circuit high and low four four switches are used to control the laser head in the X-axis and Y-axis stepper motor movement, port B is used to control the laser port. Controlled by the software initialization module, the database module, single file marking module, the output control module, whose functions are as follows:
Initialization module: The main marking is used to adjust output parameters, such as marking speed, idling speed, output proportional compensation delay.
Database modules: marking the completion of data entry and modification, deletion. Database records by date and serial number as the keyword.
Single file marking modules: mainly used for marking user generated output PLT files.
Output control module: This module is mainly used by the interface card output control marking.
